Bob Kyryliuk

As a University of Waterloo Computer Science Grad focused on the tech industry, Bob is CEO & Co-Founder of Canadian Executive Connections Inc. & CEO-P2P Inc. with 600 CEO & Exec Members across 100 Scaleups ($1M-$500M) & Ecosystem Partners with 150 Roundtables.
Bob managed Global Alliances for the 2nd half of his 8 years with Silicon Valley based Unicorn TIBCO Software after an IPO in a joint venture with Cisco, Yahoo & Sun Microsystems.
Bob signed & managed TIBCO's Deloitte Global Partnership which represented $50M to Deloitte & $18M for TIBCO in his final year.
In Bob's first 4 years at TIBCO as a Reuters division, he managed Canada & Central USA with major projects at all five Canadian Banks & NationsBank in Charlotte & Chicago.
Bob's career also spanned roles at AT&T, Fujitsu, UNIX International, ebpSource Limited & Clear Software Inc.
Bob has been hands-on for decades with UNIX & Linux starting with device drivers and compilers to complex systems integration infrastructure for a Central Bank in Europe.
Andrew Brown
COO & Co-Founder

As COO & Co-Founder, Andrew is an accomplished executive with a diversity of experience across multiple industries and roles.
Rooted in values learned in his time in the Royal Canadian Navy, he has spent 10 years in Retail, 5 years in manufacturing and most of his career in Financial Services at Sun Life Financial.
At Sun Life, he held multiple roles across finance, operations, projects, and sales, including being President of a division of Sun Life.
Andrew has always focused on leveraging technology and innovation including leading the first implementation of cloud-based solutions as well as building the lab in the sales organization to pilot new ideas to find optimal solutions across people, process, and technology.
Most recently, Andrew has focused on supporting scale ups and SMEs, to achieve amplified growth and step-change to their business models.
Never willing at accept status quo, Andrew has also been a life-long learner, achieving his PMP designation in 2015 and an MBA from Athabasca University in 2020.
